Hi,

I'm a 25 yrs old guy

I need a professional suggestion.

My therapist suggested I go to a support group for bipolar disorder, but my psychiatrist tested me and ruled out bipolar disorder and diagnosed me with ADHD. Should I dismiss my therapists anecdotal diagnosis?

Please suggest.

Hi, it seems as though your therapist and psychiatrist have very different opinions on your mental health condition.

Since we do not know your situation as yet, it would not be right for us to comment on who you should be listening to....We would rather request you, if possible , to share some of your symptoms so that we can provide you with an accurate diagnosis and advise you the right course of action.

Thank you, hope this helps🙏
